The rooms were beautifully decorated and exceptionally nice. Having a bidet in the bathroom was a plus. the location was marvellous, close to Bologna via Luca and the city center.

I had an excellent experience here, everything was exceptional, the location was unbeatable close enough to Bologna via Luca, a nice neighbourhood, and the city center. A work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area were available in my queen room. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. Very very helpful staff, provided useful info.

We truly enjoyed our 1 night here. the room was tastefully decorated and had nice amenities like a bidet, a dryer, and bath robes. the staff were incredibly nice. the location was great and unbeatable, right in the middle of the city in a nice quiet area.

Basement room with natural air conditioning. Perfect location for those starting Via degli Dei. Public transport accessible. Spacious and comfortable room for a restful stay. Shared breakfast area and clean, shared bathroom facilities.

Enjoyed a delightful continental breakfast with a charming assortment of stale croissants and lukewarm coffee. The garden provided the perfect backdrop for me to contemplate my life choices while sipping on a lukewarm cuppa.
